“….” Yuui looked down and reached out to touch the collar. But his fingertips didn’t get to even brush against it when Himawari’s eyes snapped opened. He jerked back a bit; scared.

Himawari’s eyes went a bit blank before she blinked and a hint of emotion came in them. She covered her mouth, as if yawning before sitting up slowly.

Syaoron noticed this and frowned. This wasn’t good. She needed to be cared for differently than Yuui. The accident clearly damaged her more than he thought. When Watanuki and Doumeki arrived, he went out of the room and shut the door, telling them what just happened. He suggested that Himawari be monitored and separated from Yuui until they could figure out just what was wrong with her and either control it or fix it. Yuui didn’t need more drama in his life. Especially with Fai in his current condition.

Yuui slowly nodded as he pulled up the bedsheet up to cover Himawari’s body; not hearing a sound but saw her lips move. He tilted his head. “Syaoron…” He started softly. “…W-Why can’t she speak? I-I can’t hear anything from her…”

When morning came there was sheer panic. Himawari was not in her room and Watanuki and Doumeki were scrambling every where to find her. Wanting to help, Syaoron hurried to Yuui’s room and was about to startle him awake when he saw the girl sleeping next to him. “This is Syaoron. I found her. She somehow slipped into Yuui’s room. She’s safe and sleeping peacefully.” He spoke through his walkie talkie.

Yuui groaned at the muffling noises outside his room so when Syaoron was speaking into the walkie-talkie, he frowned as he opened his eyes. “Syao-Syao….” He murmured. “What’s going on?”

He looked down to see Himawari still resting soundly; her face peaceful and a bit blank. He smiled. “Ah..H-Himawari’s here.” He then looked at Syaoron. “Did you bring her here to keep me company?”

When asked about the rest of this world he seemed eager, but when the other asked about him he froze. “M-Me..?” As the other scooted closer he had moved back seeming more shocked with his actions. “W-Well… I-I-I-I…”

Fai couldn’t help but giggle. “As I thought. You’re a lot more confident when you’re drunk.” He then smiled. “And I do believe you’re done cooking, so…” The mage reached out and touched, Yunan’s face before gently and shyly kissing him. “You wanted a kiss yes? Now tell me about yourself.”

Feeling the other’s arms caress his waist, finding the affection much wanted. When Fai released he had almost made a whine of protest, looking down to the other, a small blush still lingering “If you wish.” Watching the other as he whisked.

Did the other want his attention? Inwardly shaking his head, unsure if the other really wanted it.

When questioned his cheeked turned beet red and he shook his head “its nothing!” Twisting around and continued whisking a cream sauce. “Do you like lemon? Its supposed to be good for you” changing the topic, not wishing to cause problems.
